well shucks. Shucks and other comments. I have decided that I am an awkward person and that although I'd like to be less so, it's just a part of my genetic makeup. I have the awkward gene. I don't think it's from my Dad's side of the family: I mean, the man has a voice that could melt the heart of any woman in the world.
Why can't I have a voice like that? Then even if I said something awkward, it would be construed as "suave."
So there it stands. I'm gonna work on my "tuxedo voice" and possibly wear a tuxedo more often.
